| In Preparation for pregnancy, during pregnancy and throughout lactation, the need for vitamins and minerals increases greatly. Elevit is formulated to provide the correct levels of vitamins and minerals to meet the increased needs of the mother-to-be and to provide her growing baby with the best possible conditions and nourishment throughout its whole development - from conception, through pregnancy and on to breastfeeding.Elevit will also assist in the prevention of iron and folic acid anaemia.When taken in the early stage of pregnancy, Elevit has been shown in clinical trials to be beneficial in pregnancy and reduce the likelihood of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.
Active Ingredients
11 vitamins and 7 minerals and trace elements including folic acid & iron.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If possible, take Elevit for at least 3 months before pregnancy, and throughout hte pregnancy and breastfeeding period.
